Warranty & Support
Alloytray products are backed by a clear, written warranty. We stand behind our fabrication work — no small print, no runaround.
Warranty Overview
All Alloytray fabricated products — trays, canopies, service bodies, and fitted accessories — are covered by a 3-year structural warranty from the date of installation or delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
3-Year Structural
Weld integrity, frame structure, and panel rigidity are covered for 3 years from delivery date on all fabricated products.
2-Year Hardware
Locks, hinges, draw runners, and hardware components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
1-Year Finish
Powder coat and mill finish are warranted for 1 year against peeling, flaking, or premature corrosion under normal use.
Lifetime Consultation
Alloytray customers have ongoing access to our technical team for fitout advice, parts identification, and compatibility queries.
What the Warranty Covers
Workmanship
Any structural failure caused by a defect in our welding, fabrication, or assembly is covered in full. This includes cracked welds, panel separation, frame deformation under rated loads, and hardware failure resulting from a manufacturing defect.
Materials
We warrant that all materials used in our products meet the specifications published at time of sale. Marine-grade aluminium alloy, high-tensile steel, stainless hardware, and powder coat finishes are all covered against premature material failure.
How to Make a Claim
